This is a good overview of the life and lessons of Tony Robbins. As a follower of his and avid student of personal development and motivation, I found this book to be really insightful, giving me lots of information that I can use in daily life to further my goals. I find it helpful to read and reflect on one of the 60 tips first thing in the morning if I can, or on my long plane flights in order to just get off to a good start and put myself in a positive mindset. Definitely recommend this book.
This book made me realise it takes a strong persistent attitude to be successfull in all areas of life. Tony Robbins is very inspiring offcourse. I like how the book tells the lessons with quotes and stories Tony has lived and told throughout his life. I enjoyed the book and feel inspired again. Thank you!
Was a good read, I like Tony robbins & this is just a good collection of shorts meant to uplift you & be a fast read. At least what I think
Tony Robbins is the most influential people. I watched a lot of his seminars and TED talks. I really want to go to his seminar, but I can't afford it. So I picked up this book. It summarize all of his influential quotes and it inspired me. If you want to be inspire, pick up this book.
My opinions on the physical book product
This isn't what most people would call a book. It's more like a brief pamphlet, at approximately a mere 47 1/3 pages, starting with Chapter 1, and ending with the 1/3 page conclusion.
There is NO WAY that I can say this book is worth the $9.99 plus tax I paid for it. I like Tony Robbins, but this was not written by him, despite the fact that his name is MUCH, MUCH larger on the book cover than the name of the actual author, which seems misleading.
There was precious little substance here, just what reads like hastily jotted down notes that attempt to summarize a few of Tony's ideas. Too bad, because Robbins tends to spend about 3 times as many pages as he might actually need to cover an idea, but this author errs in the opposite direction while writing precious little.
The funny thing is that the book (pamphlet) has no page numbers!! I'm guessing the author might not want to remind readers how few pages there are.
The above opinions notwithstanding, the book is not completely worthless. There is some minor value to some of the notes and ideas, so it is probably worth a dollar or two (literally). You're still overpaying slightly at the $2.99 kindle price, but not nearly as much as those of us who bought the book.
I have been following Tony Robbins for some time mostly by his video`s so when I came over this book I bought and read it and I must say it is great! A lot of inspiration and amazing quotes, lessons that are easy to read and follow and gave me so much motivation!
I think anyone can make a change in their lives and it is a matter of mind over matter. Highly recommended!
Don't buy this book. I have always gone to Tony for life planning and inspiration/motivation but this book was a waste of money. It is more like a grade school book. The lessons are not anything but common sense and Tony's supposed comments to explain each one are simple restatements of the lesson. I will send it back if i can. I got nothing out of it. Took 5 minutes to read entire book.
